there is a vacum leak somewhere. just get some carb cleaner and spray around all of the gaskets.

CEL?
did you swap the IACV plug with the purge evap plug?
Did you happen to replace the throttle body gasket? if so did you get the right replacement gasket?

im a newbie so bear with me...i saw there was another plug that connected the exact same way and then it threw a check engine light. so i plugged the other one back on. when i pulled a thin vaccum line atop the tb it idled or more like wanted to stall out. then i sprayed cleaner into the tb where the spring is and then idles perfect. bear in mind the car doesnt idle at all...just stays at around 1500 rpm
