Spark plugs?
which kind of spark plug do you suggest i use i was told to go back with the original equipment which is the ngk platnium laser type plug but i was wanting to know if i used any other would it make a difference i want to use the best the better plug or the one that will last longer and do better .
use ngk's.
you can use the platinum if you want them to last longer. i don't use them though, i just get copper. i would rather change my plugs frequently for a lesser price.
NGK coppers part # zfr6f-11
NGK platinums part # pzfr6f-11
(IIRC)
edited to fix P/N, thanks @ries

I'm just curious to what exactly is going wrong with the NGK's you've seen people use? The only problem I've seen are with the Denso Iridium plugs... where the porcelain shatters off into the cylinder

I've never heard anything bad about NGK's either - copper, platinum, iridum, stock or otherwise.
I'm running some dealer-supplied NGK platinum's right now, about 55k on them & no complaints yet.
I'm looking at the NGK Iridium's for my next set - only a tad more expensive than platinums, and they'll last as long w/ a better spark.

maybe im the only one, but three of my friends that had NGK plugs they fried and misfired within a couple months...maybe they were cheap and you can find spoon plugs at Modacar.com
and ive read in all the tuner magazines about companies such as porsche, ferrai braggin about Bousch plugs....NGK is overrated. my opinion.
oh and whoever qouted me about the spoon thing....i dont use slang like YO! so dont stereotype me.

I think you should go Denso Iridiums. I have those and they made a difference in my prelude. Others may disagree but from what I can tell I believe that the Denso Iridiums are good with the tri- tip

Oh and spoon spark plugs, you gotta be kidding me. How much money can you waste on a ******* name. Let me guess, if you are driving and you happen too need a tissue it's always best to have a box of sPo0n tissues in the car.
Newsflash: Spoon is not the best/only product for hondas.

I run the copper OEM spec NGKs. With respect to cost, you about break even (since the coppers need more frequent replacing); however, I'd rather have fresh copper plugs in lieu of maintenance convinent platinums.
