Default droppin tranny?

right now im changing my clutch and the tranny is on the verge of dropping its jus that i cant take the axles off........all the bolts are off and all i have to do is yank out the axles but those bad boys arent coming off! i all ready tried prying it out wid a screw driver and pulling it at the same time....it worked wid my bois dsm wen we did his tranny but mine is a bitch! any tips on how i can gett this sucka off..........thanks

i use a fork thing... ball joint puller or ball joint thingy that you use to hammer them out... i used that... works good. you need to pry them out with something

ball joint remover , but where can you get those?

finally got it off! i used a craftsman fat *** screw driver! it was a bitch but went off.....jus dropped the tranny i have a feeling this is gonna be a bitch to put back on after i get the clutch and flywheel on! wish me luck guys....thanks for ur help might turn to u guys again if i run into any problems

im guessing your not doing it on a lift, the only hard part is tring to line the clutch up with the trans you have to hold it up and twist it till it gets all the way in i have dont it in like 1 min or like 30 min sometimes its a real bitch

did you swing the wheel hub out before taking the axle out? make sit 100 times easier, if you did take it out putting the axle back in will be a breeze, good luck

today i jus realized i broke my axle boot on my driver side. well i didnt break it, but i somehow poked a small hole into it and green sludge started sludging out. it there any way i can fix this without replacing it?
