Default cracked sleeve on block, how much would it cost to resleeve?

i have a cracked sleeve on my block, how much would it cost to repair that? My friend is selling me a ls short block for 100, and i would go that way, but would resleeving it be stronger for my turbo if so how much? b18b1....

are you talking about aftermarket sleeves? I dont really understand your question. to get a stock sleeve fixed ie: resleeved for just that cylinder it's about 40$ but for an aftermarket kit like GE it's roughly 800 for the whole process. talk to b18bturbo if you would like to go the GE route.

um..i had a blown radiator, and i overheated it so bad, that it cracked my cylinder sleeves on da block? i htink...thas what it is called.....and yeah, some people told me to just get a new block...so to fix it, its only 40 bucks?

Resleeving is anywhere from $800 to $1200 depending on what kind of sleeves you get and where you go.
