Default Del Sol Shift Linkage

I was wondering if the Del Sol shift linkage would bolt up to other 5th gen civics. I'm under the impression that the actual shifter would probably be too long; but my main concern is whether the shift rod and extension rod would reach the tranny if bolted to the stock location under the center console.

Would you believe none of the junkyards i've gone to in NYC have the regular civic shift linkage?

The del-sol B-series shift linkage will not fit on the 5g civics without modification (royal pain in the ***... with the cutting and the welding). You will be much better off getting the teg linkage if you are doing a B-series in 5g.

you need the d series del sol shift linkage, the d series civic shift linkage is too long. I tried using the civic shift linkage when i bent my shift linkage, but it didn't fit and I had to buy new shift linkage. If you can't find a used del sol d series shift linkage, try http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com.
