Default P/S and Clutch fluid

My EJ8 has 92K on it. I did the maintenance, cleaned the K&N, and did a valve lash adjust. My question is, why is there nowhere in the Helms or owners manual on a time period / milage for changing the P/S or clutch fluid?

Should this be done? I know on my other cars, it was recommended to change the P/S fluid, and I've never had a hydro tranny before, so I'm not sure about that at all. How would I go about changing the fluids, is it in the Helms somewhere?

Also, I had the Honda dealer do my timing belt service because I didn't have a place or the time to do it myself. Do the dealers change out the water pump and tensioner with the timing belt service? I know I paid enough for it, but didn't ask them about it when I picked up the car.

Thanks in advance!

How do you go about changing it? All my other cars were cable, so I have no experience at all with hydro clutch systems.

there is a slave cylinder attached to the front of the tranny. use a 8mm wrench and bleed the nipple on it. it's just like bleeding brakes.

read the section "Bleeding the clutch hydraulic system" just make sure that the clutch fluid never runs out in the clutch master cylinder. When you see clean fluid in the hose that you attached to the bleeder you're done.

Sweet, thanks for the great info guys!

I'll do it this weekend.

Now, about the P/S... I was thinking about just unhooking the lines from the reservoir, draining and refilling (like you'd do if you were replacing the pump)?
