Tokico Shocks
I've recently put on some Ground Control Coil Overs on my EJ1, my car is riding pretty bumpy on my stock shocks. I've heard lots of good things about Tokico Blues and Illumina and Koni shocks.
What kind would you guys reccomend?

Tokico illumina is the white, adjustable one, my firend had it on his car. They were really good, but he regretted not getting Koni Yellows, also adjustable, for a little more money. Konis have lifetime warranty. I dont think tokico does.
I was looking on the ebay add. It says that they do have a lifetime warranty. They are about $400 shipped from EBay to my door.
Now, are shocks hard to install? Is it that tricky?

installing them insnt that hard you'll need a spring compressor and normal hand tools, but i have tokico illuminas and i love them and yes they do have a lifetime warranty, when i was putting mu strut bar on it cracked the adjuster on the top and the shock still worked fine but they sent me a whole new one for free so i say go with tokico

tokico's work great...ive had them on 3 of my cars and no problems at all...concidering the fact that you have GC's i would get the koni's...tokico's have lifetime warranty but they dont work real well if you lower your car over 2 inches. KOni's for sure with the GC's~

I know that this is not true! Its the KYB's that don't react well when you dump the car. I have had 3 sets of the Illuminas on my coupe and other vehicles and they were unbelievable! All of them were using Neuspeed race/H&R springs! Tokico is the way to go! Koni's aren't bad but I am under the impression they work better with certain spring companies like Eibach. I really like the Tokico with H&R or the GC's!

Go with the Blues.
