Default spooling rpm??

I need info on which turbo will start spooling from below 2000rpm and get full boost around 2500 and keep that boost up to 7200 redline??
The boost will be around 7-8psi!

I was thinking about getting the greddy kit with the 19T turbo but i want to go custom so i'm thinking about the T3 .42/.48 with 60 trim wheel!

Which rpm do these two turbos start spooling and when do they get full boost??

I think it also matters what kind of manifold you will be using (log or equal length). Because of the better flow of an equal length. Or am I wrong?
