boost question....any input appreciated....
i have a 00 Si running basically a T3/T04E turbo .63ar....my question is when is the boost suppose to kick in....cause on mine i dont feel anything till about 5200rpm.....any input would be greatly appreciated

My friend had a T3/T04E Turbonetics with a .63 A/R and he reached full boost at 5200 RPM - 5300 RPM I think. He is using a Turbonetics T3/T04E with a .48 A/R and now reaches full boost at 4800 RPM - 4900.

nope not cat...actually no exhaust right now 
......just st8 downpipe out.....
so i guess mine kicking in at 5200 is normal huh???
