Default 90 hatch swap problem

whats up i was just wondering if anyone knew what was the problem here.. i mean i think its the timing but not to sure... arite well i gotta 90 hatch std model, wired to fuel injection already, had a b16 in it then swapped a 98 obd2 LS motor in it... with the 98 manifold and 94 throttle body, running on a chipped pr3 ecu, b16 dizzy, but ok i put the motor in it starts up fine.. but when i go to give it gas it wants to shut off or sound like it wants to anyone.. but i had the same problem when i put the b16 in.. it was the timing.. but now i have the LS set at top dead center i turned the dizzy back and forth it wont run unless it totally retarted... anyone have any idea? should i check the timing one more time, and if its not that what could or would it be?

are you sure that you got the timing right between the crank shaft and cam shaft?

yea well if i had one i would.. but just as the post says im using a 98** so that dosent help me too much. not to mention my friend has a 2000 si swap in his 89 si and it runs fine with the 2000 manifold.

...yea a pr3 ecu, is obd0 not obd1 if thats what you were trying to say.. but i am using a 94 throttle body on a 98 manifold.. all the sensors are exactly the same except for the one on top of the manifold which i dont use anyways... idk
