How do you like Automatic Turbo Civics? I've been seeing a few around and just wondering why I'm seeing more of them than Manual Turboed Civics with D series engines.

 

You're seeing more boosted auto civics than 5spds? Weird.

 

say word..dont auto tranny's get hit worse than manual, wonder wat tranny they use( ex ) if so, interesting...

 

You can atleast boost off the line.

I can vouch for that it was a fun fun ride

 

i love mine! i build 8psi of boost off the line, launch with full traction, rev mad fast, and pull like a bitch at the top end! and there's nothing like consistant lanuches/shifts! also, downshifting, hitting VTEC and boosting just by flooring the gas is a rush!

 

i built a hybrid (turbo ls automatic) '93 civic hatch. you would be surprised at how extremely well it performed on the street and track at low boost (6psi) and 13" street tires on a stock block with a 18G greddy kit and fmu...DAMN!!! i miss that thing. 2.1 60's...8.6's...85 mph everytime it went down the 1/8th track.
