HP capabilities of a 16g?

HP capabilities of a 16g?
I bought a 16g and GReddy manifold off a friend of mine and ever since I bought it, there has been a constant argument among my friends.
A couple say that the turbo will only make 240-250 to the wheels at 10 psi
The others say I will hit 280-290 to the wheels at 10 psi.
Who is right? I'm still sourcing parts to finish the kit before I get it going. Also, we debated on whether or not I would need a 2.5 or 3 in. downpipe considering for a long time I wil only be at 10 lbs. at the most,which will be a rarity until I get parts to rebuild the motor.
The turbo is going on a GSR hatch. All I need is opinions. thanks guys.

Good question....I am running a 16G on my B16a3. I am going to be running off a tial WG at 5 lbs for right now until I get hondata then bumping it upto 15.
Would be great to know the potential for this turbo
