what settings for cam gears on factory cams for turbo civic

Default what settings for cam gears on factory cams for turbo civic

just wondering if anyone has played with their factory civic si cams, i have a turbo 99si and havent ever moved my cam gears cause everyone said they dont net any HP they just lose it. i have a set of OBDII gsr cams but havent put em in yet, anyone have any settings other than stock????

They aren't. Also, the only way you're going to be able to pull any power out of adjustable cam gears is to get it on a dyno. Even if you have 2 cars running the exact same setups, just because one setting works for one doesn't mean it's going to work for the other.
