Default bent valves, can it cause rod bearing damage?

i'm almost 100% sure i bent valves during a 3-2 misshift in my gsr. the car wont hold idle, shakes pretty bad, sounds worse, and compression numbers are as follows:

230
215
0
175

im pretty sure the valves in cylinder 3 are bent to hell, and maybe cylinder 4. now my question is, when the piston and valves made contact, could the force be enough to damage or flat spot my rod bearings in the bottom end?

personally, ive never heard of anyone having this problem with a honda, but my friend driving a gm warned me that after he bent his valves about a month later his rod bearings failed and he's almost positive the two problems were related.

can anybody comment on what you would do if you were in my shoes?
