Default help with high idle

I've trying to figure out the high idle on my civic. I have a '93 hatchback with a jdm b16a2. When i start the car from cold, it idles at about 800rpm, which is fine. However, after driving the car over 5 min, it will idle between 1500rpm and 2500rpm. It gets very annoying. I looked at the some of the vacuum lines, they mostly look ok. I don't have a vacuum line diagram. I do have a 96-00 helms, but can't find a vacuum diagram in it. There is one hose that comes from the canister that is completely u.plugged; i don't know where it goes(see pic). I'm not sure if that it causing a problem.

I took off the IAVC and cleaned it a little. One of the holes has a screen, one doesn't(is that normal?). I sprayed a hole bunch of carb cleaner in it; now it is silver instead of completely black. However, I can not find the FITV(fast idle thermo valve) anywhere. Can anyone tell where it is by looking at the pics?

There should be a nipple on your throttle body that that hose goes to. Its right to the left of your MAP sensor. Im not sure what it does but i know thats where it connects to. HTH
