Default Idle problem

When I start my H23 cold, it idles at 3k! As it warms up it drops down to 2k... I cleaned the IACV, didn't help at all. When I unplug the 2P connection at the IACV it drops to 1200 rpm and bounces up and down at idle. I tried the idle adjust screw but idle doesn't move at all with the screw in full left or right positions. I don't seem to have any vacuum leaks either. Can any one help? I have a 93 prelude Si
Thanx...

You probably need to adjust your FITV (fast idle thermo valve). It makes your car idle high until it reaches a certain temp, and it sounds like your may just need adjustment.

Also, if it stays at 2K once it's warmed up, then you have a vacuum leak somewhere. Vacuum line or a gasket most likely.
