Default Coil-Overs

Do you really need to get an alignment every time you raise and lower your car with coil-overs?

You don't really "need" an alignment so to say, however it won't do anything but help. Also, what are you doing that would necessitate messing with the suspension frequently?

Yes, i definetly reccomend an alignment every time you alter the cars suspension package.

I also hope you plan on replacing the shocks with aftermarket ones that can handle the high spring rates of adjustable sleeves. Good luck man.
