This topic has probably been covered numerous times, but I am feeling nice today
18's with a 2.5" drop is too low, you could either get 17's or roll your fenders or raise the vehicle some.
I have 15" OEM wheels with a 1.8" drop and its perfect

this is quite off topic. But our local Best Buy (electronics store, most of you probably know it) has huge incline leading into the parking lot. I saw a Civic with an insane drop bottom out and rip his front lip off a few days ago, hilarious.

In the middle of the first stage of building my car. I got stuck pulling out of my garage. Normal driveway, but just the little angle got caught hard

try a skinnier tire, or a wheel with less positive offset (say plus 40 instead of 45), this would bring the wheel out and away from the inner fender wall. also, a wheel spacer would probably be the cheapest way to go and should work. The drop is fine, these guys think that you are rubbing the lips of the fenders.

You can roll the lip on the fender.
And iceT you should try a skinnier tire and see if that helps.

do you guys know a EASY way of doing it. Man i tired and this mess is hard. The back fender is harder than the front. I tried cutting it with my dremel and broke two of my disc so i quit.

he edited it ... it originally did not state inner engine wall, which even if he spaced it he would then most likely rub he actual fender when turning

They make a roller kit. it locks onto the outer edge of your fender and rolls it flat. thus giving you a bit more room for turning and bumps. You can find them at autozone or anyone of those style shops

Also you can cut away at some of the plastic lining by the fender well....its not recommended but you can do it and should give you a little more clearance. IMO it would be better to go with either smaller tires and or wheels or raise your car
it is honda accord 97 se....
i raised up to 2" drop...still hit my egine wall...not the fender...
it seem like if i rotate my steering wheel counter clock wise (turning left) is ok...but rotate my steering wheel clock wise (turning right) then it hit my engine wall....and i did put some washer in the rear and it helps a little bit not yet quite right yet....i will put more washer....
it is 18" wheel with 35 tires....
thanks for the help...
