Default Turbo Std

So i have been reading about turbo charging this engine and like i want to know like what all i would need..

im thinking 14b,
fmic from a 1g,
450cc injectors,
custom oil pan,
air fuel controller,
air fule gage,
boost gage,
adapter plate,
manual boost controller,
1g crushed bov

from experience
u turbo that car
it will not last 5 minutes before u blow it

i put a vtec head on a STD block, put the COMP stage 2, did some dyno tune and a half hr later it spun rod bearings

swap at least a D16Z6

Well, since you plan on running 450cc injectors, I assume you will be switching to MPFI, good call! If you don't know how to chip ECUs yourself, find someone on the board that lives near you that does, then bribe them with $$$ or beer or something. You should be able to run 6-7psi of boost on that motor for a long while IF you have the correct amount of fuel and (I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!!) ignition retard!!! Almost all manufactures retard ignition at least 1/2 a degree per lb of boost which really takes a LOT of stress off your motor. If you can't get someone to chip it... at VERY least, run stock timing (or less) and always run premium fuel. Good luck!
