If I fix my boost leaks, will that change my fuel maps?

If I fix my boost leaks, will that change my fuel maps?
basiclly I'm asking since the turbo wont have to spool as much to make the same psi the air, I think would be cooler, thus making my fuel maps lean.
Anyone have any ideas?

yea I just though of it today. I'm going to a water/air intercooler soon. I needed a temp tune to get me through the week.
