Safest air/fuel ratio

Hey guys, i have a freshly built turbocharged b16. Before i begin the break-in process i want to make sure what air/fuel ratio or lambda range is safe...thanks!

11.5-11.9 when in boost, 14.7 when daily driving is fine (when not in boost)
