Default need info on installing a itr rear sway bar on ej1 coupe

I would like to install either a 22mm or the 23mm rear itr sway bar on my ej1 coupe. I currently have the stock EX front sway bar and I am also using the skunk2 lower tie bar. I'm wondering if the sway bar will alow me to still use my current tie bar?? I talked to a buddy of mine and he used the following:

- type r lca's
- 22mm way bar
- energy suspension d brackets
- gsr bracket that mounts to the frame

is this setup good? I'm wondering if it will tear the subframe in the logn run? also...is the beaks kit really needed?

WOuld u guys recommend getting the bsq kit instead of changing LCA's? please help.

info will be helpful. thanxs in advance!

use the bsq's kit or the beaks joint cause regardless of the lcas you stand the risk of subframe tears. not cute
