Default I NEEED HELP PLEASE....... TURBO DOING REALLY WEIRD THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

alright i have jdm b16 with a t3/to4e turbo... iam running 440cc injectors, stock cx radiator and heat wrap only on the intercooler piping that goes under the downpipe... my car is tuned with hondata s200b ..setting are low=7psi and high=10psi.... now i dont know if its somehting to do with heating problem but my problem is when i run 7psi car runs great no problems.... when i run 10psi i can do couple good pulls then when i get on it again after 6grand (gsr cams vtec comes in, that what it wwas set at ) like the car makes a weird noise and struggle kinda to 8200.... like it almost sound like fuel cut off like aspuder and does it repeatily... iam just wondering if its something to do with not proper cooling of turbo or what .... cuz it ddoesnt do it on 7psi and the car was tuned 3 weeks ago at payne technologies????? any help would be awasome

sounds like spark to me as well.
from alot of people who tuned at payne, assuming thier motors didn't blow, they say they are having some ignition troubles

Strange. Same thing happened to one of my rides with my s200b. It only happens every once in a while. It'll sputter like theres a ton of fuel in there, even though it was tuned at another location other than Payne .. Ran like a champ last week. I'm wondering if coolant enrichment is messing with the timing. New Bk7s are already in there.. But I feel better knowing I'm not the only one

Why do you think it has ANYTHING to do with heat wrap or the radiator.

Its obvously something with the tune or the plugs.
