Default rev valvetrain or supertech?

which valve train does everyone perfer rev or supertech. looking to purchase but deciding on which one. any imput is helpful thanks.

find out seat pressure, coil bind height, and max rpm recommended for both springs...

Im using REV's and i like them. I chose them for the snap fit design.
