You will have a CEL
One for secondary 02 and other for CKF.

could I replace update the o2 and ckf to obd2? I took my car up too a place called knowledge performance and they said that basically they would put an obd2 ecu in the car and just replace some sensors in the engine and it would be fine. This sound correct?

get a jdm obd2 ecu and you may be able to get around SOME of it.
you could add a second o2 sensor, but the ckf may require a new timing sprocket, possibly new oil pump and of course the sensor itself.
