I own a second gen 90 integra and believe me i have experienced some timing problems before!!!, but if i were to guess by the sounds of it you blew your water pump which is located right where the coolant is leaking... sorry take the valve cover off and at least check out what is wrong with it before over paying someone.... remove all the plugs and wires( mark each of them off) then take off the valve cover, after this remove the timing cover on the right side of your motor and just look at the water pump, I have seen water pumps that have believe it or not cracked and thrown an impellor and fucked all the timing gears/belts/ followed by the entire rotating assembly.
Once this is all apart just look at it and figure out the problem because id hate to see another proud owner of a teggy getting ripped off on a job that should cost around 350$$ if its just the WP
