Default sanding pistons

Ok I tried sanding my JE pistons with 320 - 400 - 600 grit sandpaper. I think it turned out ok but can I screw anything up? Can I actually sand it down too much or is there something I should look for or not do? I have no experience with this so I need some help guys.

Sanded

Not sanded

I would really appreciate any input. Thanks.

you're actually supposed to take a dremel and cut away the sharp/thin edges. i was too much of a ***** to do it, and i didn't really think it would have made the HUGEST difference anyways.

but i guess every little bit helps.

Damn I didn't know the valves got that close to the pistons. Learn something new every day.
