Default Looking to get 600whp

im looking to fully build a b18a. im on about a 6000 budget but i think i can do it. Im prolly goin to send the block to benson to sleeve it but what type of rods and pistons does everyone suggest. I was think of pauter rods. i want to run about 25 psi of boost. will these be about to handle that safely? I think im goin to lower the compression a little. the stock crank i have it shot. would you jsut get another stock crank or what company would make good aftermarket one. if you got any ideas for the head let me know. thankz for the help

more like 10000 at least. attaining the 600whp is easy with the 10000 but it's the maintaining the engine for it to keep making that is costly.

yeah...just a few things you'll def. need for 600 whp...

Quaiffe Differential - roughly $1,000
DSS Axles- $1,000
Fuel System- $1,000
Fuel Management- $1000
Clutch- $1000
Turbo- almost $1000

Right there is $6k and you havent even begun the motor...turbo kit...suspensions...slicks...etc.

Its a very expensive game...just beware

Like others have indicated, aiming for 600 whp on that kind of budget means you'd have to skimp in some very critical areas - engine management, fuel, tuning, gauges, cooling, traction, etc.
