Default b17 boost

Hi there so I am gonna boost my b17 Integra and there aren't any options for rods (only crower). I was wondering what the effectiveness of cryo treating stock rods are or shot peening in comparison to hp numbers. I am gonna use forged pistons but I wanna hear some insight on how much power I can get out of the stock rods. I'm not looking for your opinion on how I should just swap the motor or use a b16 crank and rods. I'm looking for insight from someone who has done this before thanks.

I ran a stock b17 block a few years back. With the limit of rods I chose to build up a b18c1 block. If you have any questions feel free to pm me !
