i dunno the name of it i never pay attention to what it is called

it is that red stuff that comes in a little container shaped like a small jar of fast orange and it is sold in Auto Zone. it is like buttah i have used it on every engine i have built

no prefrence get some sort of lube and then dump oil all over the head, put the the cams in put lube on the rockers and the cam, dump oil on them put in the full 4 quarts of oil o whatever it takes put the valve cover on and your good to go

I have heard good things about the Torco lubes.

I usually use Clevite Bearing Guard on bearings or the CRC stuff on other things.
