ok a few questions:

I bolted up my manifold and 40mm tial to my Ls/vtec (on an engine stand) the other day and it looks like the wg sticks out sooooo freakin far in the front. Is this thing gonna fit? its a 99 civic si. im taking out the ac but this thing sticks out like a foot.

Another question; i just got my SC61 in the other day and this dosnt look like its going to clear the block if i bolt it up with the inlet side facing the passanger side. Am i going to have to spin this so the inlet is facing the other way? Also what is the S-cover? Is it worth getting?

The wastegate should fit, it should end up right under the frame. I think you may need to notch the block a lil to make the turbo fit other than that you should be straight.

 

I have the exact setup and the block was not need to notch or modify. The turbo sits away from the block and touch nothing.
The wastegate...yes, it stick foward and tuck right under the radiator support. I have no AC but it touched my intercooler. So I had to remount the intercooler so that it sits at an angle. I also had to notch the radiator support alittle too since I'm using Tial 46mm which is larger than a 40mm.
