Default South florida performance (SFP) vs. inline pro

can anyone compare the two for me and let me know thier preference--

Im looking at both of these-- ive heard nothing bad about the inline pro except that i have to shave part of the block to fit the turbo.

and as far as the SFP ive had mixed results... chime in anytime

and if you have any suggestions to something else let me know.

I had to cut the block with my sfp manifold too, to fit a t04e housing. Thats no big deal, i didnt care. The quality and performance on the mani is excellent. It has super thick metal and good welds. I just wish they made or i wish it was more common to find a 3" downpipe a/c compatible to go with the mani. For now I have to get a custom one made.

I have no experience with the inline pro but I dont think you would go wrong with either one. They are probably pretty close in performance and quality. I think the inline pro comes coated? the sfp doesnt look too hot when its not coated. I guess that would be my deciding factor and price too if i was in your shoes.

I have the inline pro manifold. I didn't have to notch my block much. I have no experience with sfp but I hear good things about there manifolds also. I would recommend inline pro's manifold.

I really like the inlinepro, good quality, lifetime waranty, and good fitment (i didn't have to notch the block at all).....project dc2 had made a full 3" downpipe that cleared the a/c compressor , or you can flare it out to 3" after the compressor like i did

i saw the 3" he made and i dont agree with that= no offense to him but
ive had enough problems with exhaust leaks on a turbo honda for the rest of my life- i dont like the idea that hes only using 4/5 bolts.

also its a really close fit-- i would rather flare like i said.

but any suggestions like that are appreciated

yeah if you really want to use all 5-bolts just use a 2.5" dp that flares out to 3" after the compressor like this:

i guess the turbo is bolted on later huh- i dont see it in the pic---

also you could technically flare the 2.5 out a bit earlier right?
and if thats the case cant you do that with either manifold?

so back to the top- which is better if im willing to flare the DP

the turbine is bolted up in the pic, just picture it w/ the compressor on the other side LOL. yeah you can technically flare a dp w/ either application

I run an SFP manifold and have had no troubles with it. The shop I get my hondata tuning done by recomends them 100%, they pretty much won't order anything else... I did have to trim my block a little bit, but I think that's pretty standard for any turbo setup on a honda...

The manifold is not the problem, Its how big of a turbo you want to fit or use. The bigger the more notching.

Jeez You're dumping exh gas onto the compressor?! It might not be straight onto it but its still pretty close.
