Default Help with confusing OBD conversion

I have a car that is a 97 civic with a 96 ls swap, My question is- what kind of conversion harness do I need to make this thing go OBD1? A conversion harness for the ls motor or one for the civic?

96+ is OBD2.

u need the obd2 to obd1 conversion harness. installs where the ecu is

probably so he wont throw bs engine codes i.e gas cap

guys are forgetting.... there are "2" types for teh obd2

obd2a=96-98
obd2b=99-00
