Default HELP!! need quick assistance so i can get my car on the road...wastegate question!

Tial 38mm Wastegate.....PROBLEM!

ran vacuum line from turbo to the wastegate. Why is the wastegate staying open? There is 2 fittings for the wastegate, top one im not using and the back one is being ran to the back of the turbo.

what is wrong. wastegate is staying open(fluttering, poping open)....what am i doing wrong? i need it to close.

Also, why would I have a eratic oil pressure...its bouncing all over the place. i have a mechanical oil pressure gauge, its mounted inside on the dash. the oil line is run off the block on a t-fitting. why would i get an eratic oil pressure????

Thanks everyone, the guy is working on the car right now, he needs answers before its dark so i can take my car out ...finally nearly done.

Ok to try and clear this up so it makes sense. We are having trouble with the wastegate/bov vaccum lines. etc

Will this work? Run a vacuum line from the wastegate to the bov(greddy type r) (w/o 45 fitting), then the one with the 45 fitting we are going to run to the manifold. so there is 2 vaccum lines. so that gets rid of running the vacuum line from the turbo to the wastegate. so now where do we run the turbo vaccum line...a buddy just told me to do this so now we just need to figure out where that vacuum line goes. should we t it up with the bov line or what? would that even make sense..?

i need some help/suggestions.....

looks like giving up for the night is the only option. my buddy just took off because he couldn't figure it out. so its another day gone by...no car for me still.

not sure whats going on, the wastegate just stays open the moment i fire up the car, it flutters so its not stuck. i guess the only thing is to check the spring..see if its a defect. and of course, why not....probably is....my luck the car will be running sometime this decade....man i hate this **** and my decision

<---very dissapointed, pissed and anything else you can think of.
