96 civic sohc vteh , stock time sub 18sec?

just curious i cant seem to find an unmodified civics 1/4 mil time on the net

back in 99 i went 16.7 in a 4 door non vtec sohc.

4-1 header w/rusted off muffler 16.4
bull frog cam w/gear 16.2
act clutch 15.9

homemade turbo kit 5psi untuned 15.1

fixed my boost leak 14.8

put on some konig heliums with m/t
greddy piggy back, fuel pump, jg turbo cam 5 psi:::::: 14.3

8 psi boost 13.7 @ 100
