Okay guys i aksed in hybrid and nobody answered!!!?? please FI people help my know if i can get twelves with this setup a 99 ek hatchback already with a 00' B18C1 gsr engine in it and wanted a greddy turbo kit. WOuld i get 12's at all tell me the times with street tires and/or (DraG RaDiaLs/SLicks)???? if the times aren't good enough then imma go drag but please tell me what a small greddy turbo would pull out cuz i don't have much money!?!?!?!??

greddy sucks dude..mine as well get a jrsc...if u want to go fast get rev hard or drag

 

you should be able to pull a high 12 with slicks...i would say so. that is considering everything you have. i don't think it would take much to hit a 12. no one here likes the greddy kit. i have it on a 93 hatch w/b18b1 but i have not timed it yet. i want a different set up but i can't complain that someone basically gave me the kit.

 

my friend has a 97 sr with 2.5 greddy exhaust and under drive pulleys and the greddy 18g turbo kit.. he ran a 13.3 with street tires... there is nothing wrong with the greddy kits

 

The person I bought my greddy kit from said he ran a 13 flat at full boost 7-8 psi with a B18C1 motor on his EK down at Sac raceway. He parted his car out and sold the car separate for him to move on to better things like a Nissan Sylvia . His car was also on Super Street mag few issues back where the cover is kinda blueish, had a 4 door gsr turbo in it and his car can be found almost at the end where there was a car show down in san mateo Ca. early this year.

And peep this, the greddy kit was a direct bolt on into his EK with the b18c1 transplant. Try doing that on another manufacturer without doing the run around.

 

theres a back issue of either turbo,stupid street, or sport compact car (i forget which one) where the guy ran a 12.8 on hoosier slicks..he has a greddy turbo, act clutch and aem fuel rail. he ran the car here in san diego (carlsbad raceway)

most people here dont like the greddy kit because of the natural bias. most people here will tell you that it sucks because everyone else here says it sucks...and thats just of the simple ratio between drag kits and greddy kits on this board.

so its possible to hit 12's w/ a greddy turbo as your setup.
