Default Closer to 11's..

Went to the track today and got some improved times even though it was 90 degrees out. Best run was 12.17 at 115mph. Setup is a bone stock B16, bolt on DRAG kit with FMU and inline pump (and Deltagate) at 9psi in a 92 Civic VX running 22x8 slicks. Also drove 200 miles round trip to the track

Next time I may try a night race with some cooler temps and see if I can hit 11's before I do some more mods. Might have a vid up soon also of one of my runs

I think he was hitting high 1.7s.

Congrats Matt. Maybe you should put those 24x13x8 inch slicks sitting on the floor at the shop to good use I bet you'll hit 11s with those-less shifting, more time in the power band, and a better 60ft equals 11s easily!

Can't wait to see you kick some butt at OVIS.

Thanks, I wish I had the stong bottom end of the LS to be able to run 15lbs but i'm not ready to test the limits of my B16 bottom end yet

pushing the limits of the stock block i would say the b16 will def hold more power.
