Default Idle on my B16 is at 1700....whats the problem?

Well, since I got my car running again the other week, it has been idling unusually high. Sometimes right around 2K; usually around 1700. It used to idle at like 800 or 900.

Any ideas what my problem is? I cant adjust my idle from the TB...I have a BBK TB and I cant find an adjusting screw. Im pretty sure there isnt one, and I didnt mess with that anyways. Could my TPS be bad?

Thanks guys

-Chris

It might be your new TB. My brother has a Ford Probe with a JDM Mazda V6, and it has an adjustable TB in it. He turns his up when he races, and then turns it back down when he drives it daily. The idle on his jumps up and down when its turned-up. But, it usually sits about 1500-2000rpm. There should be an adjuster-screw somewhere on the TB. Just look really-hard. If you have any quewstions, you can always contact BBK. Hope this helps...
