Surging Idle problem FIXED!!! FINALLY!!!
Ive had a surging idle for MONTHS. I tried everything from a new ecu, to cleaning my iacv, to replacing my iacv; to replacing my fitv. Finally I figured out what my problem was. We adjusted the TPS, and bam; it fixed it. Everyone be aware this can be an easy fix to your surging idle also. Word up!

Re: Surging Idle problem FIXED!!! FINALLY!!! (TurboCoop)
well there is a little screw on the tps that loosens it. then you can move it around freely. mine wasnt int he right position, therefor causing surging idle. now it stays around 1000, where it should be, not close to 2k and not surging anymore.

PS my mechanic did it so im not sure exactly what to do

I hate the TPS sensor. It's constantly getting out of wack. It may take awhile to get screwy, but it still bugs me that it does it.
