I have a shake also 70+mph. 92 hatchback

It has had shakes on 2 diff suspensions, balljoints are months old and bolts are all good. So possibly/probably not shock related (although bump could be).

Any ideas to troubleshoot are appreciated.

Sounds like a possible inner cv joint problem to me. That is the most common side effect

as everyone else said, check the axles, if that's not the issue, check tires, you never know, the tread could have shifted, which is
unlikely, but i've seen it before

I had a vibration problem that sidelined my kah for almost 2 years. I replaced:

left driveshaft
right driveshaft
tranny
brakes
knuckles
A arms
driveshafts again

It seems that I've actually finally fixed the problem. I originally replaced the driveshafts with remanned ones done by a local company called Fenco. I have major problems with them. I replaced a mushroomed OEM shaft with one of theirs and it broke at the track after 2 weeks. I got it replaced under warranty, then it broke again within 2 weeks, but this time on the street. I had it replaced with a frankenstein shaft, which eventually wore down to cause my vibration. I replaced both shafts with replacement Fenco shafts and the vibration persisted.

Basically, that company has caused me so much grief. In a nutshell, grab a couple shafts from a wrecker if you're just diagnosing. A non-VTEC shaft is fine as long as the ABS encoder ring is on. I got mine for $65 canadian each. If that's the problem you might want to grab a fancy shaft from one of the manufacturers someone else will recommend.
