What would be the best turbo to get for a homemade kit? I want to use a turbo that came off another car stock. I am goin to make my own manifold and downpipe. Just don't know what car had the best turbo stock. Thanks for any help.

 

For a B16 I would look for a Airesearch T3.. You can also upgrade those turbos to a T3/T4..

 

85-86 Mustang SVO/ T-bird manual only. It is a T3 (airesearch) and just right for your B16.

Good luck finding one though. The Ford SVO guys search everywhere for one and pay outrageous prices for them to stay stock.

Go to the junkyard and look for a mercedes, audi, or volvo.. I find them in the junkyard all the time for $50.00
