Default McMaster Carr fitting questions

I order my oil lines from mcmaster and the fittings that go into the lines look like they are AN fittings. The hose fittings are 3/16, so does this mean they are -3AN fittings? also if this is true is 5/16 -5AN? Wondering this because I've never heard of -5AN before, maybe it's -6AN. Any help is appreciated!

edit: This 1/8NPT to 3/16 flare fitting looks alot like a 1/8NPT to -3AN fitting
