crower valve spring ?

crower valve spring ?
Ive got a set of crower valve spring on my gsr head does anybody know if i can use them on a LS head. like is there a hieght difference or anything, b/c i know Skunk2 makes there valve springs for both Vtec and nonVtec and there the same springs
