most people go with a -10AN line. The main concern is you want it to be a LOT bigger then the feed line since the feed is running with oil pressure and your return line is gravity fed. I used a simple rubber hose

-10 AN at the minimum. If you are using rubebr hosing. 10AN translates to roughly 5/8" ID But anything 1/2" or larger

return line for fuel or oil?
my fuel return line is -4 (~400whp setup)
oil drain is 5/8" hose or -10AN line (same inner diameter)
side note...10an = 10/16's= 5/8" all an sizes are divided by 16 to give their measurement in inches. IE 4an = 4/16 = 1/4" 6AN = 6/16 = 3/8" 8AN= 8/16 = 1/2" 10AN= 10/16 = 5/8"

-10 is not the minimum and it can depend on the turbo...ive seen alot of gtR turbos running
-8 without a problem....-10 is just safer...
if your talking about the fuel return ..just leave it alone...
