Default O2 sensor position causing this?

Just swapped motors in the 97 dx, to a b18b with dc header. Moved both O2 sensors to the bungs that are located near the cat location.

When the car is cold the car bogs pretty bad and reads rich until I get about half a mile or unless I let it warm up a while. And if I cut if off for say 5-10 minutes or so and crank it and drive off, same thing.

I'm thinking it's because the sensors are taking a little longer to get heated. It doesn't really bother me that bad, I just want to make sure that's what it is. I used my old sensors, which I think the primary was just replaced before I bought the car. It looks like a bosch but I'm not sure.

They should be heated sensors, so that shouldn't be the problem. What ECU you using?

relocating the O2 sensor shouldn't cause this. as long as it is installed properly. maybe you should bring it to your local dealer. i cannot diagnose over honda-tech. good luck.

Using a stock obd2a p75. It drives fine after the car warms up a little. Only other thing I can think of is an injector that wasn't working right when I first put the motor in.
