Default unknown problem PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Ok my car is acting really strange and im not sure what it is or exactly how to describe it but ill try my best. I was just pulling into my neighborhood on my way home and as i pressed on the gas the car moved verrryyyy verrrryyyy slow and slugishly. The exhaust tone was kind of muffled and it was like this for the first 3-4k rpms, then it would go back to normal. When i pulled into my driveway the idle was a bit rough, but was staying steady at about 800rpm. The car has been perfect up to this point and I wasnt driving it hard so i dont know what it could be? The best way i could explain this is it feels/sounds like im starting my car off in 4th gear but im not. Please respond with feedback asap bc right now no one is up at my shop so i have no where else to go!

check for lose vacuum lines on the intake manifold otherwise it could be a bad maf sensor on the throttle what does your a/f gauge read when this happens?

I had something exactly like this, i even thought exhaust being clogged. Then i started getting paranoid and ****, i was going crazy. Check out my post: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=792436 If it sounds the same then your timings off. Took me 3 ecus and a good couple hours with another H-T member to figure it out but it was timing.

Later it happened again and it was a vaccum hose coming loose. So look for a vaccum leak, and check your timing.

Edit: i just saw your sig and saw your tuned. So just check for leaks.
