Default Tranny noise

After destroying the main bearing and having a warped counter shaft in my si transmission, I had it rebuilt. Picked it up yesterday, after a hefty bill, and noticed that 1st and 2nd are incredibly noisy, although not consistantly noisy. It sounds like a bearing or something. The noise isnt a grind, as in things arent in the right place, instead it sounds like a fuzzy vibration, like maybe somethings not quite right. And its not all the time. Im not sure what to do, but IM not very happy. I know im bringing it back to the Tech, but Id like to know what you guys think this could be. Thanks
