Default Partial throttle hesitation. Hondata related?

I know of the 3k rpm hesitation problem on the hondata, and that it can be fixed with an update. But I've got a partial throttle hesitation that doesnt seem to matter where the rpms are. The hesitation seems to be related to throttle position. Would updating with the latest software fix this?

If it's like that throughout your entire rpm band I doubt the software will fix it. My guess is that it lies somewhere in the tune, do you know what your A:F is like at higher vacuum?

this is a recent development since yesterday and ive been tuned for about 4 months, I guess it isnt hondata related, hehe. I took a look at my throttle position on my avcr and it seems to happen when the throttle is anywhere between 5% and 20%. I checked this condition with the rpms between 2k and 4k with the same results. What could it be?
