ok here is the situation, i im trying to get my h22 hatch up and going. i built it from jsut a shell my brake setup is
used gsr front and read discs brakes
used gsr brake booster
New master cylinder LS, non abs
used integra ls proportional valve

after we bleed the entire brake system i go take it around the block and begins to feel as the brakes are sticking, so i stopped and turned teh car off. start if back up and it wont move at all...all 4 brakes are stuck..the pedal is stuck, not to the floor but down to where there is so much pressure built up that u cannot move it up or down..i had to get out of my car in the middle of the road and bleed the master cylinder some..then drive home with the ebrake. let me remind u that the mc is brand new..and may have 5-10 miles on it. so we take it off, and teh piston inside to to move freely. so we go through the whole process again with the same result of the ****** brakes catching

sounds to me that you have the one way vaccum valve that goes from the intake manifold to the brake booster on backwards

it is there to prevent vaccum loss and that is what it is doing
you bb is creating a vaccum when you push the pedal in and the valve is keeping the vaccum like it is designed

just turn the valve(little grey thing that splits the large vaccum hose in half) around and it should fix the problem

I dont think thats it, but I have no better sugestions.

I actually have had that valve on backwards, and drove
like that for hours. It was a pain, and I couldnt figure out
why they were so hard to push, but I got where I was going.

 

i will try that tomorrow, but i dont know why it would be on thre backwards.....

 

any other possibilities

 

did check for proper lenght of the rod that go into the brake booster and the brake pedal. it could be too long...
