Default Locked up brakes

I recently switched everything on my brake system, all four calipers, proportioning valve, master cylinder, and brake booster, and then bled the brakes.

The problem is the brake pedal is super stiff and all four brakes are constantly dragging, a lot. Almost like the pedal is halfway down the entire time. Its bad enough that I have to downshift to first if Im under 20 mph. i only drove it a couple of miles so nothing was damaged because of it.

Anyone have any ideas? Everything I know to have worked except for the brake booster, my dad ran over my original when I was stripping it of paint...

Yeah they are under constant pressure. I don't think letting the brakes settle is gonna do anything though

you might want to try to adjust the pushrod on the master cylinder. not sure if there is an adjustment for yours, but look at the top of the brake pedal, there might be a locknut and an adjuster rod. it might be engaging the brakes
